Lindsay was a great resource for me when I was going through a troubling time with my health. This was right at the beginning of the Covid Pandemic and a lot of things were up in the air, as far as healthcare. I was having issues with high spikes in blood pressure, dizzy spells, hands and feet going numb, palpitations... and the list goes on and on. I have dealt with anxiety and depression for most of my life and the responses that I was getting from my primary care were less than helpful and contributed to my worsening symptoms. Lindsay was able to Zoom call with me and go over every detail of my health journey, my general day-to-day, my work life, my personal life and more. She made me feel very comfortable and listened to all of my concerns. After offering suggestions for using a food diary, making some changes to my diet, using breathing techniques and other mental reminders for my anxiety and starting me on a set of supplements, I slowly started to experience less of these debilitating symptoms and start to feel like myself again. Within about 6 months, I was doing much better and have continued to keep this program instilled in my daily life almost 5 years later! I owe it all to Lindsay, who helped me figure out that my body was not getting the right nutrients that it needed, unchecked stress in my work and home life were increasing my anxiety, and that certain dietary changes could unlock a new world of feeling better in my day to day. I would 100% recommend Lindsay for your health and wellness journey!
